Anyone curious about kitesurfing who wants to try it before committing to a full course. No experience needed.
What you'll learn
- How the wind window works and where the power in a kite comes from
- Safety systems and how to release the kite
- Flying a kite on the beach with your instructor beside you
What's included
- Current Slingshot kites and boards
- Helmet, life jacket and impact vest, plus boots at spots with pebbles
- Your IKO card, recording the level you reach
- An IKO-certified instructor teaching in English, German or Chinese
- One-to-one: the instructor is yours alone
Where you learn
Courses start in Bo'ao, where flat-water lagoons make learning easier. When Bo'ao has no wind, we take you to whichever spot has it: Wenchang, Haikou, Sanya, Dongfang. See the best time to kitesurf in Hainan.
